WOMEN'S WELLBEING RETREAT
RECONNECT WITH YOURSELF 15–19 April 2027 · Charco del Palo, Lanzarote
Five days in a villa by the sea, on the quiet northeast coast of Lanzarote. A small group of women, time for yourself, and a programme that brings body, emotions and mind together: daily yoga, body-oriented coaching and aquagym in the pool, plus an intuitive massage.
In between there is plenty of free time to relax by the pool or the sea, read, swim, walk into nature and share experiences with the other women. The retreat is held in English.
Your hosts
Anja Hoppe · Yoga & Coaching
Anja is a coach and yoga teacher. She has over 20 years of experience guiding people through change and transition. She works with mind, emotions and body, combining reflective conversation with feelings and embodiment, so insight becomes something you can feel and act on. She holds space with warmth, clarity and a good measure of humour.
Sandra Mouras · Massage
Energy therapist since 2005. Since 2010 she has been running Global Massage Lanzarote, a wellness centre in Costa Teguise. She specialises in sports, intuitive and myofascial massage as well as Reiki. Sandra organises the retreat.
Sandra Cabrera leads the dynamic aquagym sessions in the pool.
The villa
A private eco villa directly on the sea in Charco del Palo, a small, peaceful village on the northeast coast of Lanzarote, away from the tourist centres.
Good to know: Charco del Palo is a naturist village. The retreat itself is a clothed retreat.
- 400 m² house with 5 double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom and kitchenette
- Solar-heated pool, tropical garden and 250 m² terrace
- 1 minute's walk to the natural rock pool, 7 minutes to the nearest shop

You book your flight and airport transfer yourself. The airport is about 30 km away, around half an hour by taxi for approx. 50 €. With a rental car from the airport you can explore the island in your free time. Single rooms are available on request. Extra massages such as foot reflexology or head and shoulder massage can be booked in advance and paid on site in cash.
